I begun working as a legal assistant at Asianajotoimisto Sillanpää Oy in March 2022. Before that I have worked as a legal secretary in different attorney’s offices since 2014 and in 2017, I was nominated as the legal secretary of the year by the Finnish Bar Association for excellence in my work as well as commitment in my profession. Before my career as a legal secretary, I have worked for the food supplying industry as regular worker as well as in supervisory duties.

Educating myself to a Bachelor of legal administration at the Tampere University of Applied Sciences allowed me to combine my natural interests in both judicial and economic matters. During my previous career I have gained experience in criminal matters as well as matters related to family and inheritance law. With the guidance of Attorney Ismo Sillanpää I have had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge in civil law and bankruptcy proceedings.

In my work I find it rewarding to solve the client’s problems in co-operation with the client and the attorney as well as an independent and responsible job description. As a legal assistant my duties include in addition to the traditional duties of a legal secretary a wide range of assisting the attorneys with legal tasks which liberates the attorney’s time for the demanding legal work requiring special skills and abilities. Even the most difficult problems are easy and pleasurable to solve in a respectful and appreciating atmosphere together with skilful attorneys.

I serve our clients in Finnish as well as English.

During my free time I enjoy the nature in many different ways as well as the company of family and friends. “Being homely” is a luxury for me and cleaning is a natural way for me to cure stress and to clear my thoughts. I enjoy the sunshine at all times of the year.
